Return Process

  Log into your Top Select Canada account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your device to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
